Claims Procedure
All claims are handled by the underwriters who require that you submit
a claim form no later than 31 days after the event. You can obtain a
claim form in one of the following ways:

Important
In order
that your claim can be processed in the minimum amount of time, when
returning the claim form please include all relevent documentation.
Please send originals – not photocopies ( you should keep these
for your own records) You will also need to send your original insurance
Certificate and policy wording along with your original holiday booking
invoice. |
