Claims Procedure

All claims are handled by the underwriters who require that you submit a claim form no later than 31 days after the event. You can obtain a claim form in one of the following ways:

  • Writing to

  • Phoning

    (between 09.30 and 17.00 Monday –Friday)

Important
In order that your claim can be processed in the minimum amount of time, when returning the claim form please include all relevent documentation. Please send originals – not photocopies ( you should keep these for your own records) You will also need to send your original insurance Certificate and policy wording along with your original holiday booking invoice.
