The Outbacker TravelMate App allows you to access all your travel insurance policies from Outbacker in one place. You’ll be able to make a claim, buy a new policy and access your Customer Zone to make changes to an existing policy. If you’ve activated the Plus benefits, you’ll also be able to access all your benefits and rewards via the app.

When you are travelling you’ll be able to:

• Call our Emergency Medical Assistance Service, Claims Service or Customer Services Team for free wherever you have a stable internet connection.
• Make a claim against your policy.
• Use the DoctorPlease! service for minor injuries/illnesses.
• Use our translation service (including offline functionality).
• See the latest Travel Advice from the FCDO.
• Access our Cover Queries and Advice service, including guidance for Major Travel Incidents.
• Find Emergency Numbers in the country you are visiting.
